I believe about 10 % of men will do that more or less regularly and I´m one.
If I listen to what my colleagues sometimes talk about, I think that 10 % is real.
Maybe that there are more than 10% "Crossdressers" but there is nobody which says "Yes I do", so it´s only speculation.

I'm guessing, but I would have to say about 40%. Men have thought about wearing women's clothes and most likely have done it. Especially, in their teenage years when exploration of the other sex is imminent.
