 What about Pantyhose Zentai?
I mean a garment with well-fitted face, gloves etc. As for me, it sometimes looks way more sexy than mashed face, loose neck, and footy hands. Of course, "true" ph encasement has its own charm, there's no competition!

I think a real Zentai out of true pantyhose material in an acceptable quality I have not seen yet....
