I am about 190 lbs, 5,11, so most of my hose in a size d, fits women from 5.5 to 6 ft and 150- 210 lbs so my hose fits me. I know that in the summer I will be losing wieght getting out on my bikes. but once the fall comes I put on my winter pounds I have worn control top hose and that kinda helped with some wieght lose
